Tracey has worked for Rett UK for over 5 years and helps manage the Rett UK Communication and Education Team with a particular interest in creating resources. She has volunteered and worked in the field of AAC for over 10 years and has a PGCE in Complex Communication Needs. She first became interested in communication as one of her daughters has Angelman syndrome. Tracey now works internationally supporting people who don’t use spoken words with communication, literacy, understanding regulation and behaviour, and planning for the life that they want to live.
